Positive: Good size balcony, layout of apartment, powerful shower, swimming pool, location close to town and beach, the property manager called Susan was friendly and helpful with our complaints.
Negative: Poor sound insulation with neighbouring apartments, no lamps/soft lighting, couple of old clothes hangers in wardrobe, no shelving in bedrooms, questionable cleaning standards, damaged old hob and oven, no way to light hob supplied, beds not made on arrival, only one roll of loo paper supplied, fixtures and fittings of low quality or damaged, hospital type lighting throughout apartment.
Summary: Could be a nice apartment if the standard of furnishing, utilities and cleaning were improved
