This beautiful waterfront villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street where you can enjoy all the outside areas. The villa is located 5 - 25 minutes from major attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and others. The development is just North of Hwy 27 & 192 and just 10 minutes to the gates of Disney World.

Summary: This is our 5th time renting a home in the Clermont area to visit family during the Summer as we like to have a pool for our children during our stay. Hands down, this was the BEST rental we have ever had! Everything was so nice and clean when we walked in, the pool was beautiful, and the property manager was so kind and attentive to all of the questions we had while we were there. The owners were also wonderful and communicative leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had a fantastic stay renting this property. My father, who lives in the area, even commented that it was the best rental we have ever had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!
