There is a brand new high quality portable oven/toaster in the upstairs kitchen. You have the entire house to yourself. There is a suite attached to this house with completely separate entrance.
as you approach the house, upper suite is located up a few steps of the stairs right in front of the house and the basement suite entrance is right underneath the stairs
both the smartlocks are installed right on the door, no need to walk around looking for a lock box
