A short walk to the left will take you to Make Horse with lots of little tide pools for taking a cold tub or letting little kids catch little fish. A nice beach hike is nearby that extends from Paniolo Hale to the point. Kaunakakai Town is about 30 minutes away with groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, equipment rentals, and our county offices.
