this apartment is very quiet 24/7, with efficient heating/cooling, not overlooking a street but am ancient bright private court repaired from direct pollution
mobility rentals only: no tourists (no exceptions!) temporary and secondary residence only, one month (30 nights) minimum, priced per night To be eligible for a mobility rental, you must prove in writing (mission letter, short study course inscription etc.) that you come for short work/study stages and sign a simple “mobility rental” contract. Longer term studies (e.g. 9-month university studies) will not be accepted.
