Im looking for an exceptional renter for 1 to 3 months 3 December 2023 through 28th of February 2024. This Japanese style, garden level unit is around 750 sq.ft. It has off street parking with guest parking space. The two unit house is a corner lot with Mountain View’s located downtown and walkable in 10 minutes downhill to Pack Pack, restaurants and entertainment. There is a lovely Japanese garden to share with upstairs tenant. This unit is Fully Furnished as 1 bedroom and one bath with luxury amenities such as heated floors in bathroom, heated towel bar, heated bidet, a 2 person dry, full spectrum sauna and 6ft soaking tub. The kitchen has a two burner gas cooktop, a German counter top stove and steamer. The living area has a 15,000 btu gas fireplace and 32” TV with headphones for late night movie viewing. The bedroom/workspace has a comfortable queen size Murphy bed cabinet that can be put away for stretching, meditation or working space along with a small closet. There is a compact Bosche washer and dryer are located in owners closet between bedroom and bathroom. The front double doors are are stained glass above with colored side panel to let lots of light into the lower level unit. The bathroom & bedroom and living has two windows, the kitchen has one window. Its cozy! A great lower level and sunny apartment to weather the winter months. $1700 per month lease plus half the utilities with the upstairs unit. Asking for at least two month commitment.
