1 dog allowed, 40lb max
must travel with crate and either be with owner or in crate if owner is not home
owner must be with dog at all times while outside
dogs are not allowed on the furniture
pet waste must be picked up from the yard daily
cats are not allowed due to severe owner allergies

* rinse before entering: please take a quick shower before entering the bathtub This will help keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
* no eating or drinking in the tub: for your safety and the cleanliness of the space, we request that you refrain from eating or drinking anything while using the tub
the hot tub receives monthly professional servicing, and have access to the property to perform the necessary maintenance

2 - smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction
4 - quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home
6 - the number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home
8 - spring through fall is the sugar ant season throughout the pacific northwest Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee
10 - excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee
11 - violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine
