Summary: Unfortunately, we had a ruff start with the downstairs a/c tripping off but the host was able to fix this. There were a lot of cob webs and the unit was not as clean as expected. After doing a walk through I had a list of items that needed attention. We did not feel this host was ready and prepared for our arrival. No big trash cans to empty daily trash (ie: kitchen trash). The house sits on a busy road with lots of traffic and very noisy. There were not enough forks, utensils, or other items considering there are 3 bedrooms and it sleeps 6. No BBQ but host said she had one for us but it never appeared. Overall, it is a basic facility with lots of space and a good size kitchen but needed more improvement for a more comfortable stay.
