Summary: My recent stay at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha, was an brilliant experience, characterized by outstanding facilities and top-notch service. The room and facilities were truly wonderful. The outdoor pool area, garden, and indoor pool were astonishing, providing a serene and luxurious environment that exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were particularly noteworthy, with Emon and his team delivering impeccable service and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast at the resort was an experience in itself. The French gentleman at the coffee area and the egg station manager both provided excellent service, contributing to a delightful start to each day. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names, but their professionalism and friendliness were deeply appreciated. Additionally, the security guards were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome as you walked through the entrances. Their warm greetings and genuine smiles set a positive tone every time we entered the resort. Furthermore, it would have enhanced the experience to be escorted to our rooms and given a quick tour of the resort upon arrival. Overall, despite a few minor issues, my stay at Al Messila was great.
