Well stocked for cooking, restful nights and pets. Tastefully decorated and furnished for memorable family experience.
we are pet-friendly! pet fee is $250 per stay A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

this “after dune delight” cottage boasts two downstairs bedrooms (king size bed in each room) and two upstairs bedrooms plus sleeping loft above to come home to after exploring the area The ground level bedrooms are equipped with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs bedrooms, one has one Queen size bed, bedroom two has one Queen size and one twin size bed. Sleeping loft has 2 additional twin size beds. If you’re traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack and Play crib and a highchair in the closet.

our cottage is right on crystal river, a short distance from lake michigan The property is shaded with trees and often there is a nice breeze blowing. There is a portable window-vented AC unit in each bedroom closet, a total of 4, which can be moved for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan with the exception of the loft.
please note during our peak season (june-september) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information.

no unregistered guests or visitors allowed The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
pets: dogs are permitted in the house Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pets fees are $250 up to two pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
housekeeping: daily maid service is not included in the rental rate We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
we provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
