Roundtripper - GREAT Location and NEW! The Dreams Park is nearly as close as possible without having to coach your ballplayer's team, it is across the street! The entrance to Dream Park is less than 1/4 mile from the driveway of Roundtripper. You can hear the cheers of the crowd from the large back deck and nearby firepit! From the kitchen sink, you can catch glimpses of the CDP flags flying on the property, enjoy the closing ceremony fireworks from the firepit. It doesn't get any closer than Roundtripper! This terrific property has recently changed hands and is now owned by a talented group of cousins who have poured blood, sweat, and beers into renovating this home. everything has been updated, new cabinets, flooring, countertops, paint, linens, bedding, towels, furniture and more all new and ready for you!
once inside you will be greeted by a very spacious great room (1 of 2 living rooms) with a sectional couch and love seat, a large roku tv for keeping up with the game A completely renovated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, a mosaic backsplash, beautiful white cabinetry with everything you need to make a meal and a convenient eat-in dining table in the center of the room. Just off the kitchen there is a separate formal dining room with seating for 10 people at the custom built dining table as well as access to the side porch for easy grilling or enjoy a meal outside on the deck, overlooking the Dreams Park. Through the dining room you will find a 2nd large living room with another large Roku TV, making it easy to spread out as a group. The first floor is completed by a King bedroom and twin bunk bedroom, sharing a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with tub/shower combo between the two bedrooms. Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms including a king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the backyard and firepit area. The 2nd floor bedrooms share the hallway full bath with tub/shower and washer and dryer.
