I especially loved the charming, separate wooden cabins, which offer plenty of privacy and come with balconies and hammocks – perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with mosquito nets ensuring a restful sleep. From the dining area, you could watch hummingbirds – a magical experience! The hotel is beautifully situated by the river and offers access to the nearby beach. However, the path to the beach was a bit challenging due to obstacles like a fallen tree. I also would have loved to see more fruit-bearing plants like papayas in the garden. Despite these small issues, Acajou Hotel is a tranquil retreat, ideal for nature lovers and anyone seeking relaxation. I’d happily return!
