Positive: 1. Amazing views of the Sagrada Familia, truly the highlight of the stay. The apartment we stayed at was on the 4th floor of the building, managed by the same host. 2. Communication was prompt and access instructions were clearly provided (one has to download an app and have internet connection to allow access via the app (smart lock with digital key). Host was quick to offer tourist recommendations. 3. Living room space large. Plenty of hanging space for clothes in open cupboards and sufficient hangers. We were a party of 6 pax staying for 4 nights, and everybody had a bed to sleep on (we selected a 3 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms). 4. Small portion of cleaning amenities and laundry amenities provided (however, amount provided did not take account number of occupants and days stayed). Requesting for more was very tedious and not welcoming. 5. Neighbourhood pleasant and safe.

Negative: 1. The apartment is actually quite dated and tired. The images attached in the advertisement must have been taken awhile ago and does not accurately reflect the facilities (especially the shower area) at current time. 2. For both bathrooms, to access the shower area, there is quite a large step (no photos specifically reflect this - perhaps intentional?), no shower curtain to prevent back splash and quite narrow. No ventilation fan in either bathroom. One must open a physical window within the bathroom that opens into an open area shaft to air the toilet. 3. One can hear noises from neighbouring units as it travels through the shaft. Quiet times are neither observed nor supervised. 4. Many lights were not working, towel hanger loose and had to be highlighted. However, they were rectified the following day. Before being given access to the accommodation, all guests have to pay a sizeable Damage deposit, so one would think all amenities work efficiently in the accommodation and not need to be highlighted to management. 5. Although there is central air conditioning, the air is not well dispersed. The middle room is most comfortable, while the master bedroom and room on the other end is lacking of air. 6. Apart from the master bedroom, the remaining 2 rooms are rather narrow. Point to note for large frame guests. 7. Quality of stay not reflective of amount paid.
