originally the dairy for the berry hall country estate, the buttery has been sensitively converted and is now a delightfully different, cosy and secluded bolt hole to escape to, whatever the time of year The main accommodation is on the ground floor. Here you will find a small but perfectly formed country kitchen with everything you will need for your stay, an open-plan dual aspect sitting room with dining area, and an adjoining bathroom. Open ladder-style stairs lead up to a romantic garret bedroom set in the eaves above the sitting room. If you are a bit unsteady on your feet, or don't have a head for heights, you can opt to sleep downstairs by converting the sofa to a double bed if you wish. Outside is a private terrace with a table and chairs - perfect for an evening sundowner drinking in the huge, starry Norfolk skies above. Enjoy lovely rural views beyond Berry Hall to the south and to the north over a Christmas tree plantation in the old kitchen garden bordered by a rare crinkle-crankle wall.
