The owners have beautifully renovated the property by carefully maintaining the exposed beams and brickwork, while creating a perfectly modern and stylish studio. You have your own access up external stairs to the first floor and there is plenty of parking space.

located in deep countryside which is ideal for avid walkers and cyclists, there is an array of country pubs and restaurants close by as well as numerous apple and cider distilleries Within 2 miles there are also several supermarkets and local amenities. You can enjoy a short walk into the village where there is a working dairy producing and selling local, artisan cheeses. They also run a Tea room where you can get an excellent coffee, proper leafed tea, homemade cakes and light lunches. There is also a pub in the village serving lunch and evening meals over the weekends. The property is conveniently situated close to the Welsh border which offers some fantastic scenery especially Hay-on-Wye, the Brecon Beacons and the Shropshire Hills are all within easy reach by car.
