Positive: The restaurant staff was outstanding.

Negative: The front desk was clueless. Didn’t tell us what restaurant we were booked at. Only one elevator for a tour group that arrived. Constant misinformation on dining options and times. No one answering front desk phones. No towels at pool.

Summary: Mediocre at best with the exception of the main floor dining room staff. Definitely not a four star hotel. I’ve managed
