Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There are sloping banks in the grounds.. Refurbished in 2021, the accommodation is spacious, immaculately presented and has the convenience of being all at ground floor level. The kitchen has been totally reconfigured and benefits from new table and chairs, lighting, artwork and blinds. The living room boasts the friendly comfort of a wood burner ensuring a warm welcome awaits whatever the season. A superb arched window in the gable end maximises its bright and airy ambience and where lovely views across the extensive landscaped grounds can be enjoyed. Guests are treated to a welcome pack which contains free range eggs, scones and jam from the local bakery, fresh milk, treats for dogs and a picnic set for day trips. Robin Cottage sits in a tiny cluster at High Weldon, only 9 miles north of Morpeth where there is an abundance of good restaurants, shops and inns. Beach 12 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
