welcome to your private, peaceful a-frame get-away! our pointy palace has views of lake champlain from inside the house, and on the expansive deck You are sure to feel a sense of serenity here. We're located within close proximity to Burlington VT, Plattsburgh NY and St. Albans, VT. An outdoor shower invites you in the summer months, and Adirondack chairs any other time to enjoy the views & nature.
entering the house you are greeted into a mudroom space that leads you directly into the open concept living, kitchen & dining space Look to your left as you walk in and be taken away by the incredible views of the lake from this floor. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere anytime of the year with your guests in the living room over good conversation or a movie, in the kitchen making a home cooked meal, or on the deck enjoying a sunrise or sunset. This property will provide all the memories and stress-free oasis you need. A bedroom on this first floor with a twin trundle bed, sleeps two comfortably. A full bathroom for all to share with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, make up remover, cotton balls, toilet paper and flossers, completes this level.

A secondary bedroom on this floor sleeps 2 with another king sized bed. A queen sized futon sits in the loft for more guests (this bed is not located in a private bedroom). All bedrooms & sleeping areas are ready for use with clean linens and pillows.
