this thoughtfully designed 1 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse above a detached garage is within walking distance to several parks, including west ellensburg park with pickle ball courts and rotary park, which features baseball fields, soccer fields, walking routes, a bike park, basketball court and an off-leash dog park In the winter the soccer fields are groomed for cross country skiing which extends to the walking trails adjacent to Rotary Park. A lake "People's Pond/Irene Reinhardt" with swimming and more trails is adjacent to the park. It's a 10-15 minute walk or few minutes drive.
