4 Bedroom House in Malschwitz, Cannewitz
The apartment I built in 2018 in a historic barn (1869). The natural materials (granite stone, wood in the attic), I as completely preserved and combined with new building materials. The furniture is high quality and modern (fireplace, bulthaup kitchen, underfloor heating, Italian Cotto tiles, oak parquet). If possible, I used to set up their own material (own oak wood for the stairs, its own ash wood for the table, granite stones and clay tiles for terrace wall).
