situated in the heart of the village, in a park planted with lime trees adjacent to the château, it overlooks the valley of the pays d'hédé-bazouges, 2 km from the maison du canal d'ille-et-rance and the famous "11 locks" site
the 90m² house comprises 6 separate living rooms, some with ceilings over 3m high:
