the last resort - drive through the gated entrance along the meandering paved driveway up to this 3 plus acre, 16,000 square foot, stunning lake house Looking off to the right you will find a tennis/basketball sport court. As you arrive at the main house there is plenty of parking, including an 8 car garage. Moving around to the lake side of the property, you are greeted by top notch professional landscaping, multiple seating and entertaining areas including; an outdoor fireplace with 8 person sofa and a 6 person hot tub under a covered patio. Additional patio off of the great room includes a fire table, large bbq and outdoor dining table that seats 8. Two over sized umbrellas and 4 chaise lounges surround a large, unique in-ground pool with a bridge that leads to a fire feature in the center, as well as a cascading waterfall. Another eating area includes a dining table that seats up to 16, and an outdoor kitchen that includes a second bbq, sink and bar seating, finishing off this incredible lounging and entertaining space. There is also an outdoor bathroom. Make your way via a landscaped walking path down towards the lake to find a new wood burning fire pit and sunset patio with Muskoka chairs. 300 feet of Lake Simcoe shoreline greets you and an expansive open view will entertain your senses. A long dock with deeper water off the end (approximately 4 feet) ensures great swimming, boating and fishing. There is enough space at the dock to moor several watercraft. land your helicopter on the new soccer pitch!

It's multiple living areas makes this a perfect getaway for spending any holiday with family and friends. Each room has been carefully thought out. When the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, there is plenty to entertain inside the house. Take your pick; get your zen on in the yoga room which looks out to the pool, gather together for some poker, or get competitive with a game of snooker. Shoot hoops in the indoor basketball/squash court. Keep the kids entertained with a movie in the theatre room, one of the many games in the arcade room or maybe foosball or air hockey in the games room. ping pong anyone? yes there is that too! this home and property will not disappoint!
