We offer pool floaties, corn hole, indoor board games, billiards etc. If yoga mats required, inquire with us prior. Garage is not accessible at this time. Music is allowed outdoors at cellular/laptop level before 10pm. 10pm-8am Is quiet hours. No music/ minimal activity, not creating noise. Regulations state amplified speaker music is not allowed, and outside noise is not to exceed 45 decibels during quiet hours, and 55 decibels during the day, contained within the property.

pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees (more heat is an additional fee)
spa only: $40/daily fee to 102 degrees SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

checkout duties: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. thank you so much!
