On the third floor you will find a 5th bedroom with attached hallway bathroom, an expansive open-concept kitchen and dining area, along with a family room to accommodate large family gatherings. Included on this level is a fully enclosed sunroom with a murphy bed with memory foam mattress and porch access. This house is perfectly designed for multi-generational family vacations; plenty of space to congregate here for dinners, movies, and games, and with wrap around porches on second and third floors that allow you to sneak away for a quite moment to yourself.

Also located in the garage is a full refrigerator/freezer. Eight beach chairs, a beach cart, and fishing pier wagon are provided for your use. A Big Green Egg charcoal grill as well as Webber gas grill is provided in the back yard along with an outdoor shower.
