Be careful, you can quickly fall in love with the beautiful high ceilings, the stone walls, the beams and the authentic character that we wanted to preserve. welcome to our family home from 1850! the gîte des moutiers is located in the eastern part, where the sheepfold and the shed were located We live on site but you have a separate entrance. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, 3 steps with a banister lead to the living room/lounge, then the corridor (5 steps with a banister) leads to the 2 bedrooms (2x80x200) (1x140x190), the shower room and the separate toilet. Outside: parking on the property, shaded terrace with no overlooked east-facing views with pergola, wisteria and parasols, ping-pong table, garden, laundry room with washing machine, freezer and possibility of storing your bikes. In the village of Allex: pharmacy, mini-market, bakeries, pizzeria, tobacconist's/post office, hairdresser, distributor, farm sales, bus line n°28 Valence-Crest.
