this is one of my few vacation homes in austin for my family and i It is tailored for both family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or just a family get away.
we are probably one of a few 5 bedroom homes in austin with a pool, pool table, and definitely 1/1 with a ball pit =)
we are located in a very family friendly neighborhood There are no outside guests allowed about 11pm, and quiet hours of 10pm to 7am is strictly enforced.
