With our generous furnished 2-bedroom apartment on more than 700ft² we created a space that exceeds our requirements with respect to convenience, comfort and technology.
beside the living room and bedroom, there is an additional big eat-in kitchen, a big bathroom and a huge balcony that offers a great view onto our backyard and of an idyllic fountain that will make it easy for you to make yourself at home and to leave your cares behind The apartment has been renovated and totally refurnished from scratch a few years ago. In this phase we have been reflecting our own holiday experiences, positive and negative ones, to offer you optimum quality and practicality ... enjoy! The accommodation is located at the ground floor of our house facing to the backyard and is comfortably accessible with a few steps. In the apartment all rooms can be reached directly from the corridor.

make yourself comfortable! a homelike true-leather couch invites the guest to stay Enjoy yourself while having a chat with friends, watching a good movie on the huge flatscreen HD Smart-TV or reading an interesting book while tasting a glass of fine wine from Baden. Multi-media equipment lets you play your music, listen to your favorite radio show, or watch a movie from DVD. We offer you satellite TV (Astra), many of the channels in Full High Definition quality. The television is also connected with the internet, and there are many stations that offer access to their media centers. That way you will hardly miss a program, because you just watch it later when you have the time. Also browsing the internet and using several apps is possible via television. A modern cordless phone will let you stay in touch with your friends and colleagues. No need to hurry – calls are free for you when calling fixed networks in EU countries and Switzerland, and even when calling North America. Or simply setup a Skype video conference using the camera built-in to the flatscreen TV to meet with friends or business partners. While the bedroom offers already beds for two people, the big couch in the living room can be easily turned into a cosy sleeping place for up to two additional people (queen size bed). An Ergoflex duckboard combined with a big Bultex mattress gives you the best possible sleeping comfort - You should not notice the difference to a conventional bed. For allergy sufferers we are using allergy-friendly synthetic bedding and eudermic 100%-cotton bed linen. In the big wardrobe with a mirrored door you store plenty of clothes. Multiple trays and drawers help you to keep order. Additionally, there is an iron and ironing board at your disposal to get rid of the last few folds.
the bedroom: feeling good and relaxing, quickly checking your emails, enjoying the late night show, catching the moon light on the balcony, and then falling asleep peacefully .. Two 90cm (36in) wide and 2,00m (79in) long and robust beds made of solid wood with allergy-friendly synthetic bedding and eudermic 100%-cotton bed linen will account for your restful sleep at night. The mattresses have a soft and a hard side, so that everbody will find the perfect degree of hardness. By the way, the beds can be placed beside each other or separated, just as you like. Two bedside lamps with touch-sensitive switches will provide a pleasant light during reading before you fall asleep. An additional ambience light which paints in the dark fanciful colored light effects on ceiling and walls helps you to relax and dream. And a modern radio clock will take care that you awake softly in time at the next morning. A big wardrobe offers enough space for all your dresses, shirts and pants. Two big mirrored doors will help you to dress up perfectly well. When laying on the bed you have a perfect view on the huge flatscreen Smart-TV, which hangs on the wall above a little desk. Connected with it is the same multimedia station as in the living room, which lets you enjoy DVDs, radio or MP3s. You can put your laptop on the desk to do some last minute things for the office, to prepare the next meeting or to check your emails. We have a high-speed DSL internet connection. With it you may easily connect your laptop with your company's intranet via VPN. On the desk you find also an additional cordless phone to stay in touch with your business partners. A small cupboard with drawers keeps you organized and lets you store your files. And a fixed large hotel safe protects your valuables, your laptop or even confidential files in a folder.
an additional central room in the apartment is the cosy and functional kitchen and dining room, which provides everything that you will need for your daily preparation of meals, regardless if it is a tasty breakfast or if you decided to cook a gourmet dinner for your friends or family A dining table with lounge and two chairs offers enough space for 4-5 people to feel comfortable. A toaster nearby provides you fresh toast, and a high-quality radio with analog, digital and internet receivers equiped, lets you listen to your favorite morning show with 99% chance, whereever you are coming from. The kitchen offers you the following upscale equipment: Refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with 4 ceran plates and baking-oven, dishwasher, extractor hood (air goes outside), coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster on the table, microwave with grill and defrost function, cookware (quality pots and frying pans), tableware and cutlery for 8 people, wine and champagne glasses, high quality kitchen knife block, basic equipment of cooking utilities, special cooking utilities on request, two separated garbage bins, modern cordless phone, analog, digital and internet radio, radio-controlled clock.
the big bathroom with shower, wc and double washbasin will not raise any claustrophobia fears The shower is at ground level and pretty big (47 x 36in), even elderly or handicapped people will manage showering conveniently. The shower head we are using turns showering into a wellness experience. Try it! The bathroom is optimally supplied with daylight through a large window (opal glass), but has also roller shutters. Several halogen spots in the ceiling and extra light from the cupboard ensure that the bathroom and you are optimally illuminated also at night. In the room there is powerful heating, so that you can quickly increase the air temperature, for example just before taking a shower. Drying towels is also easy. There are sufficient towel racks for your convenience. A big mirrored cupboard provides space for your travel accessories. Four toothbrush tumblers made of glass and a modern hair dryer are at your disposal. Two outlets in convenient height provide power (220V) for an electric shaver. A bench in front of the window can be used to take a rest or may serve you as place for your clothes. A laundry machine is not available in the apartment, but you may use the one in our basement on demand for 3 €/load (incl. detergent and softener).
the floor consists of parquet in living room, bed room, corridor and half of the eat-in kitchen Bathroom and the rest of the kitchen are tiled. All windows of the apartment can be fully opened or just tilted. There are roller shutters available, which can be fully closed to protect your privacy.
