Nestled in the greenery, located in a very quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the Eure, this very bright city break offers a magnificent view of the old town and the cathedral. Quality fittings and decoration, with emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater collection, etc.). The accommodation is served by bus (supermarket, city center, train station and hospital); free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout allows for the reception of people with reduced mobility. A 15 m² terrace extends the cottage and allows you to enjoy the view and the sun; an enclosed and flowery garden with a shaded grassy terrace completes the whole.
