in addition to the historical value , the villa is located on one of the most beautiful hills of the florentine chianti, surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees in addition to the park with century-old trees the villa called the frassine is located within the azienda agricola il frassine, a working farm that produces wine oil and fruit
inside the farm there are many animals dogs , horses , cows and all farmyard animals
the villa consists of 4 double bedrooms , a quadruple room, a small bedroom ancillary to the others and 4 bathrooms with shower
