this adorable sea pines beach house with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is situated on a 24 acre lot with a beach path to the ocean.
as you enter the home, you are immediately greeted with a wall of windows that overlooks the back patio and private pool area! the open living room has a cream colored sectional sofa, two armchairs and a 55" smart tv
just off the living room is a nice wood dining table with six high back chairs for the family to enjoy meals together
the open chef's kitchen offers a breakfast counter with four bar stools, granite countertops and jenn air stainless steel appliances
off the kitchen and down 6 steps you will find a separate living space with two large sofas and 42" smart tv that is perfect for the family to enjoy movie night This additional living space also has a stacked front loading washer/dryer.
