The colonial saltbox architecture, restored heart of pine floors, and rambling floorplan gives this home a storybook feel. We endeavor to make vacationing with us relaxing and easy. We keep our home fully stocked with supplies so that you can travel lightly. Our home has the feel of comfortable mountain luxury; warm livable furnishings, tasteful decor, high quality linens and attentive housekeeping add value and ease to your getaway. 3 boulders has numerous seating areas inside and out and space to spread out but it is also truly a gathering place for family and friends to spend time together!
on the main level you will find the foyer, den and kitchen, large dining room with sitting area, guest bedroom with direct access to full bathroom, laundry/mud room and 3 steps up to a beautifully appointed owners suite The open living area includes a den with a vaulted ceiling, a large stone woodburning fireplace and a fully stocked chef's kitchen including double ovens, two sinks, large island with barstools and spacious fridge/freezer. The dining room has a large farm table with seating for 10 as well as a comfortable seating area and gas fireplace. From the den and dining room enjoy access to the expansive deck and covered porch equipped with a gas grill and lots of comfortable seating. In the tucked away newly renovated owners' suite, enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area while gazing through the floor to ceiling windows at the valley and mountains beyond. The room boasts a king sized bed and large closet. The spacious newly renovated bathroom includes a large jetted marble surrounded tub with a beautiful view, a double vanity, heated floors and spacious steam shower with rain head.
