➤ no smoking:
smoking is strictly prohibited on the property Violations will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit, along with an additional $1,000 penalty to cover the cost of an ozone treatment to eliminate the odor.
➤ quiet hours:
to maintain neighborhood peace, outdoor gatherings and loud music are not permitted after 9 pm You will receive one warning if there are noise complaints. Further disturbances will result in a $250 fine and/or immediate eviction without a refund.
➤ guest count:
please ensure you provide the correct number of guests staying Any unreported guests will be charged $50 per person, per night starting at 9 pm.
➤ no parties or events:
unauthorized parties will result in a $1,000 penalty and the cancellation of your reservation without a refund
➤ pets:
pets are allowed but must be disclosed either at the time of booking or before arrival A deep cleaning fee, which is double the standard rate, will apply for pets. Failure to disclose pets may result in additional charges.
➤ trash disposal:
please manage trash throughout your stay and ensure all garbage is properly disposed of before check-out If your stay includes Tuesday, place the bins outside for collection on Wednesday and return them after.
food dispenser notice: do not dispose of food down the sinks Any clogs caused by food particles will result in a $500 (or more) fee to cover the repair.

do not tamper with or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or monitoring devices Tampering will result in a $500 fine and may lead to eviction without a refund.
