Summary: The complex is superb. Our issues are primarily with the unit and VRBO. Only one of the three outlets in the living room works and that one was fully in use for the TV and internet. Had to use extension cords to charge phones and computer in the living room. Of the three lamps in the bedroom only one worked. We noticed on the invoice that it said 2 people even though we specified 3 on the VRBO search. We reported this discrepancy and was billed additionally but don’t know what that was for as there was no additional bedding so we improved with towels for the two futons. In fact there was only enough bedding for the one bed. So what did the extra charge per night for the additional person cover? There were no dish rags, no dish towels, no broom, no dust pan only two beach towels. We found the VRBO website extremely difficult to navigate. Once we paid any questions we had for the host took 3 to 5 days to get an answer. The unit is in desperate need of repair. We would certainly stay in the complex again but probably not in this unit.
