We offer a very nicely furnished and decorated apartment for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
the apartment is very bright (east-west facing) and very warm in winter, we used the heating very seldom Even without heating, it often stays above 20 degrees Celsius.
it is difficult to see inside of the apartment from the outside

the hallway is largely equipped with natural hair carpet tiles

an underground parking space (duplex) belongs to the apartment
a cellar compartment is not rented, but there is enough storage space in the apartment
washing machine and drying room in (hidden)ment (available to all tenants) The electricity for the washing machine has to be paid for with coins.
the garden and the bicycle cellar can be used by all tenants
the location is very central on luise-kiesselbach-platz (west side) Westpark and Südpark can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Bus stop can be reached in about a minute. Only about 5 minutes to the underground U6 Westpark.
many supermarkets, other shops and restaurants are nearby only 1 minute to the hotwok and mamma pizza!
smoking is only permitted on the balcony, not inside the apartment The maximum rental period is 12 months. (can be extended)

wir vermieten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und dekoriertes appartment Das Appartment ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet.
die wohnung ist sehr hell (ost-west-lage) und insbesondere im winter sehr warm, wir haben nur sehr selten die heizung benutzt Es bleibt auch ohne Heizung oft über 20 Grad Celsius warm.
die wohnung lässt sich von außen nur schwer einsehen

der flur ist weitgehend mit natur-haar teppichfliessen ausgestattet

ein tiefgaragenstellplatz (duplex) gehört zu der wohnung
ein kellerabteil wird nicht vermietet, es befindet sich aber genügend stauraum in der wohnung
waschmaschine und trockenraum im keller (für alle mieter verfügbar) Der Strom für die Waschmaschine muss mit Münzen bezahlt werden.
der garten und der fahrradkeller können durch alle mieter genutzt werden
lage
sehr zentral, direkt am luise-kiesselbach-platz(westseite) Westpark und Südpark sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle in ca. einer Minute zu erreichen. Nur ca. 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn U6 Westpark.
viele supermärkte, andere geschäfte & restaurants sind in der nähe nur 1 minute zum hotwok und mamma pizza!
