3 car garage parking, plus, 7 car capacity driveway parking Plus gated RV and boat sized parking! Our driveway is relatively flat. Do not leave our garage door open for an extended period of time.
occupancy:
per city rules, maximum occupancy of the property is 12 persons of any age at any given time Only the number of guests listed in your reservation (up to 12 persons) are permitted on the property at any given time. If you plan to have daytime visitors, please include them in your guest count. There is a $500 fine and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund for violating this maximum occupancy rule.

pool is 10’ deep at the deep end, absolutely no diving
never remove the vacuum hose from the wall or the sweeper, it can burn out the pool motor You may liable for the cost of repair.

there is an option to either heat the jacuzzi only or the pool and jacuzzi together Heating is controlled remotely by the host. There is an extra charge of $75/day for every day of your stay to heat the jacuzzi only. Jacuzzi heating is turned on and off at your request.
there is a fee of $150/day for every day of your stay to heat both the pool and jacuzzi This heating of the entire system (pool+jacuzzi together) is continuous for your stay. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of this.
spa jets and pool lights are available with heating packages only
our pool is cleaned once a week, always on the same days Being that this is an outdoor pool, and depending on your day of arrival, you may encounter some debris in the pool, particularly if it has been windy. We provide a pole mounted net for your use.

you are not allowed to receive mail at our property unless you have requested and have received written permission to do so from us The purpose of this rule is to prevent fraud.
refunds:
no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control Please consider purchasing travel insurance that may cover some of these losses.
