Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Dublin downtown and shopping areas. Close to Bart station. New vinyl floors throughout the home, remodeled bathrooms. Wheelchair ramps entrance and to the backyard.

if there are any garbage bags outside the city garbage bins (extra bags or boxes that don't fit the bins) then it's $25 each item for us to dispose
$25 if regular garbage is in green bin

do not move any furniture $250 charge if furniture is moved.
if any key is lost, for the safety of next guests, we will change all the locks and you are responsible for the cost of new lock and cost of locksmith
turn off all lights, fans etc ensure heating/ cooling thermostat is off before leaving if anything is left an additional cost of $25 per day, as house can be empty for few days. It will count till we go and check the house.
ensure all dishes are clean and run the dishwasher If dirty dishes are left additional $50 charge.
