The lower level area has 2 additional bedrooms, each with queen bed, full bathroom, living room with entertainment center, office space with high speed wifi, wet-bar with mini-refridgerator, breakfast nook and full access to the kitchen and back deck.

the home has direct access (across the street) to the most extensive mountain hiking trail systems in boulder county Hike the trails to the Eldorado Canyon, the Flatirons, Boulder creek, or to the historic Chautauqua Park, all virtually out the front door from our home. And we're just 10 minutes from downtown.
