5 Bedroom House in Surf City

A lot of updates were done in 2018-2022 under the new ownership!! This house has roomy decks offering beautiful ocean views, especially on the upper level. There is plenty of room for everyone with 5 bedrooms and a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceiling on the top floor. Super fast WiFi for streaming using Roku.. There is an outdoor shower with hot water on the ground floor. Large gas grill is also available. Enjoy free beach chairs and toys/floats for the kids. Linens/towels are provided (included by default into total price). The house is conveniently located 1.6 miles north from the bridge in a quiet subdivision. Public beach access is less than 50 yards away. Large kids playground is 2 blocks away. Bar with live music is 3 blocks down the street. Convenient kayak launch site is half a mile down the street. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only during high season please. FAMILY VACATIONS ONLY..
