You'll enjoy easy access to the freeway, providing quick reach to both the east and west valley. Additionally, nearby parks like Papago Park, just a 5-minute walk away.

having a vehicle is the best way to get around Centrally located on Tempe/Scottsdale border, with restaurants nearby that can be walked to if desired. Only a short 5-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale or ASU/Mill Avenue Tempe, but there is also free shuttles to Tempe/Mill Ave (Tempe Orbit) or Old Town Scottsdale (Scottsdale Trolley) with stops less than 100 ft away. Please check their website for operating hours & stop frequency, as they may vary by season.
