the sandy area is at seawall height for lounging in the sun, with a ladder/steps leading down to the water The water is shallow at the bottom of the steps.
house rules:
- no more than 4 cars on site
- do not park on road or in neighbors'way!
- all furniture must be put back where it is found!
- no shoes on while inside the home
- quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
- please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure
- you must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
