the pine place is located just one mile from the cuyuna lakes state trail, crosby memorial park, a variety of local restaurants, skate park, children's park, hospital, 24-hour holiday gas station, ace hardware, family dollar/dollar general and more Serpent Lake is also just a mile away, and mini-golf and a gorgeous golf course are just 5 miles away. Huge Super One grocery store just 2.2 miles away and it is 15 miles to downtown Brainerd, 25 miles to Safari North (zoo) or Brainerd International Raceway.
originally a lake cabin, the pine place was moved to it's current location about 20 years ago (sorry, no lake!) The main level has 3 bedrooms (full x2 and twin), living area, kitchen and bath. Window air-conditioning unit. The king master bedroom in finished basement has a TV, as does the basement family room. The basement also has a full bath and laundry area. There are Echo Dots with Amazon Alexa in the kitchen and in the basement. ask alexa (via echo dot) to play some music, set a timer or give a weather report and more!
other amenities include wifi, smart locks, lawn chairs, misc games, a pak-n-play and off-street parking for 3-4 cars (or a boat trailer!).
