sleeps 18 (+ a further 8 with fee) 7 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 4 en suite bath or shower rooms and 1 wc Outside there is a private garden with a large patio area and seating and private off-road parking for several cars on the driveway or undercover. Use of shared outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. a further 8 guests can stay for an added supplement of £475 (on 2 sofa beds and 4 futon beds in reception rooms)

the main dining area seats 18 with french doors leading to the rear patio area
