the villa is located in a private gated community with parking available for up to 4 cars in the driveway Additional guest parking lots are also available throughout the resort, on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid any inconvenience, please refrain from parking on the grass or street or blocking the sidewalk. Please note that violators may be towed at the owner's expense.

rules:
1 Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by owner prior to booking. If an animal is found to have stayed without permission, or if your animal causes damage, you will be responsible for our pet fee and any additional damages. All pets must be 100% potty trained and all solid waste must be bagged and disposed of throughout the community and yard. Pets are not to be left in the house unattended unless crated. Pet fee is $50 per pet per night.
2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or garage.
3 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
4 Please bag all trash in 13-gallon bags and place them in the designated receptacle for pick-up.
5 Check-out time is 10 am, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the owner. Late checkouts may incur a fee of $100 per half-hour, as our cleaners need ample time to prepare for the next guest.
prior to check-in, guests must provide a valid id, sign a rental agreement, and have a credit card on file A $500 hold will be placed on the card 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 3 days following departure provided there is no damage or additional cleaning necessary as a result of your stay.
