On the same floor, there is a completely newly renovated bathroom with both shower and bathtub, as well as a practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The large room on the ground floor offers a comfortable sofa group where you can relax in front of the TV. To the left of this room is one of the house's three bedrooms, complete with a double bed (140cm). A flight of stairs from the hall leads to the second floor where there are two more bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. From one of the bedrooms you can see the sea through the window. In the family room there is a common living area with sofa group and Apple TV. On this floor is also the house's second bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin. From the kitchen you come out to the balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the peace or grill the evening's dinner.
