the father blanchet park neighborhood is perched on a hill that looks down and south across the columbia river to portland and its international airport The neighborhood has easy access to state Highway 14 and Interstates 5 and 205 and is a very short trip to the airport and other Portland destinations.
this home also sits just 5 miles from the local boat launch, marine park, and with ample parking for boats at the house, we look forward to you floating, boating and picnic-ing during your stay with us!
the neighborhood is almost entirely residential and full of beautiful, classic homes, most built during the coveted mid-century It is a well established neighborhood with large lots and homes with character. Many neighbors have lived in the neighborhood since their homes were built, and as a result, has a very friendly, neighborly vibe.
