this beautiful 4 bedroom and 35 bath house with a pool, has 3 parking spaces in a paved driveway. We are a very short walk to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, all the restaurants and stores in Beach Haven. We are the 3rd house from the beach and pavilion. The beach is handicap accessible and wheel chair and stroller friendly. We are on the beach block, so there is no street to cross to enter the beach which makes us ideal for easy access and safety.

the master bath and downstairs full bath were updated in 2019, the appliances in the kitchen are new as are the washer and dryer The central air is new in 2021.The living room furniture is new in 2023.
