Summary: We spent Mardi Gras week at the cabin to escape the Mardi Gras hustle back home. Aunt Bugs was easy to work with, checkin was seamless (via keypad lock), check out instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, during our stay we did encounter a few issues. First, the gas fireplace pilot light went out twice. The first time, maintenence came the next morning to relight, the second time it was not fixed. On our 3rd night, the area had EXTREME wind conditions. So extreme, that we lost power at the cabin. I quickly reported the outage and asked the customer help line where the flashlights were (it was completely dark inside and outside the cabin). The reply was "we are getting in touch with operations" but we never heard back. We used the lights on our cell phones until we went to bed. We later found one flashlight under the kitchen sink, but no longer needed it. It would have been great to get some update or reply. Again, no pilot light so could not use the fireplace for light either. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen very well stocked and the coffee bar was a nice bonus. If not for the fireplace issues and being literally left in the dark, would give 10/10.
