for stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
🐶 pet fee:
bringing pets? there's a $120' stay per pet fee Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.
since airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “change reservation” tool after booking

pet policy
- $120 pet fee per pet per stay to be paid prior to your stay via airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- all pets must be kenneled and house trained
- all pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
- all pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- all pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- all guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid
