when you enter the home, you’ll find an open plan common space, featuring a kitchen with a large island & seating, a dining nook with brilliant lighting and a cozy living room with a 65” hd tv The glass sliding doors off the living room open up to a south facing screened lanai that is filled with warm Florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy a hot beverage and a book to kickstart your day or turn on the fairy lights and cozy up on the papasan and share a bottle of wine with your guests after a day of activities! The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a coffee and tea station and cleaning supplies below the sink.
upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms The Sunshine Room is brightly decorated with an en-suite bathroom featuring his & hers sinks and a shower. Down the hallway, the Coastal Room and Evergreen Room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
