The nearest village with shops - Moncioni - is just under a kilometre away, Montevarchi in the valley is about 8 km away and the Florence-Rome motorway is only about 12 km away. The tarmac road leads up to the farm gate of Ventena Vecchia, which is also easily accessible for sporty vehicles. The car park is located on the private property off the road. During the extensive renovation from 2000 to 2004, comfortable holiday flats with separate entrances and outdoor seating areas were created with respect for the historic building fabric and great attention to detail.
